Twitter's stock will be delisted form the New York Stock Exchange on November 8th according to a new filing by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. This decision is occurring a day after Elon's takeover of the company.
It is also indicated that the merger between Twitter, Inc, and X Holdings II. Inc., was complete. Musk X Holdings, Inc. will now own all of the stock of the social network.
Elon Musk will most likely take the CEO position of Twitter, replacing Parag Agrawal. The previous directors are set to take a total of approx. $100 million combined.
