Two suspects were taken into custody on Friday after a January mass shooting massacre in Tulare Country, Central California.
The suspects are members of the "Norteño" gang which apparently got into a conflict with the "Sureños" gang, a rival.
Noah Beard, one of the active shooters, was accused of killing 16-year-old Alissa Parraz and her 10-month-old son, Nycholas. Alissa's mother was also killed in the massacre along with 3 more which allegedly were related to Alissa.
Authorities say that the victims died of gunshot wounds to the head, even the 10-month-old baby.
