The Supreme Court Halts Termination of President Trump's Title 42 Immigration Policy

John Roberts, Supreme Court Justice, puts a temporary hold on the termination of President Donald Trump's immigration policy on Monday.

Title 42 is a policy which allows the U.S. Government to hold off foreign imports and interaction to ensure the public safety of U.S. citizens. President Trump has previously used this policy in response to the meningitis outbreak in 2020 to hold off Chinese and Philippines from U.S. ports.

The on-going border crisis under the Biden Administration has gotten out of hand, with thousand of migrants illegally entering through the U.S. & Mexico border. Many illegal migrants often enter the U.S. with no legal documents or personal identification which makes it impossible to identify them in many cases.

Under the Trump Administration, many protocols took place to prevent the migration of illegal immigrants from entering U.S. territory, such as the Title 42 policy.

Kamala Harris and other democratic politicians continues to make baseless claims that the borders are "safe" and completely "secure", angering Texas residents and officials which face constant conflicts including local annoyances and significantly high crime-rates.
