Israeli police reported that at least 7 were killed and over 3 left injured in a Jerusalem synagogue attack by an armed Palestinian on Friday.
The attack occurred around 8:15pm local time on a Jewish religious site on Neve Yaakov St.
After the killing at the synagogue, the gunman fled the scene in a vehicle but was shot dead by policemen in a shootout.
One day prior to the synagogue shooting, 9 Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces and several more were left injured in the city of Jenin.
