More than 40 killed and over 80 injured in a West African bus crash. The crash has been classified as one of deadliest tragedies in recent West African history according to officials.
The incident occurred about 137 miles from capital Dakar. President Macky Sall tweeted that he was "profoundly saddened" by the incident and announced 3 days or mourning, starting Monday.
The crash occurred when the tire of one bus burst, causing the bus to be thrown in the way of another bus coming in the opposite direction.
