On Friday, French police fires teargas amid strikes and protests outside a Kurdish community in central Paris, France.
The suspected killer has been taken into custody. All of the killed victims who were killed were Kurds, the lawyers confirm.
The suspect, a 69-year-old French man, "clearly wanted to take it out on foreigners", Darmanin said. With current elements, it is not clear whether the attacker was "specifically targeting Kurdish people", he added.
