Gang Clash At Women's Prison In Honduras Leaves At Least 46 Female Inmates Dead

A fight between rival gangs at a women's prison in Honduras on Tuesday leaves at least 46 women dead, most of them burned. 

The prison is located in Tamara, just around 30 miles from the capital city. The gangs, Barrio 18 & MS-13, clashed in the facility early Tuesday. 

Honduras President Xiomara Castro referred to the clash as "monstrous".
