Elon Musk Terminates Twitter Buyout Offer

On Friday, the richest man in the world, Elon Musk, has announced that he has terminated the Twitter buyout offer for 44 billion dollars. A lawyer representing Elon, has stated that Twitter is "in material breach of multiple provisions". Musk had previously stated his concerns on Twitter having an absurd amount of bots as their user base. Tesla stock (TSLA) has also took a sharp turn since he announced his termination of his Twitter offer.
