The Biden administration was facing backlash from social media and the press on Thursday for constantly trying to pin the blame on former president Trump for the 'pathetic' and 'wasteful' withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021.
In the twelve-page document of the withdrawal by the Biden administration, the tens of billions of dollars in military equipment was not directly addressed and rather was focused new methods that will be applied for future operations.
The document was more focused on blaming predecessor Trump on the withdrawal despite Joe Biden being in office when the final withdrawal operations took place which allegedly "could have easily been better".
Security Council spokesman John Kirby attempted to hold off the inquisitive press during a briefing by claiming that the withdrawal from Afghanistan was not chaotic by saying, "For all this talk of Chaos, I just didn't see it".
