At Least 4 Killed & 8 Injured After A Bank Shooting In Louisville, Kentucky

At least four people killed and over eight injured after a deadly shooting at a bank in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The suspected shooter was also found dead.

The shooting marks the 15th deadly shooting this year, just two weeks after the shooting at the Christian elementary school in Nashville.

The police arrived at the scene as shots were still being fired inside Old National Bank, exchanging shots with the active shooter. It remains unclear whether the suspect dies from shots from the police of self-inflicted wounds.

The LMPD Deputy Chief Deputy Paul Humphrey said that at least 8 people are being treated at the hospital with wounds, including two police officers.

UPDATE [4/11/2023]: The Shooter has been identified as Connor Sturgeon, a former staff member at Old National Bank.
