Russian President Vladimir Putin has made an official visit to the Kerch Bridge, which was severely damaged after in explosion in October.

Russian media has released photos of President Vladimir Putin behind the wheel of a Mercedes and more photos of him walking along certain sections of the Bridge.

The Kerch bridge is significant for Russia because it links the Russian Mainland to key region, Crimea. The bridge stretches 11 miles long and is the longest in all of Europe.

The bridge was severely damaged on October 8th after a fuel tanker exploded, causing parts of the bridge to collapse. Moscow blamed Kyiv for the incident, claiming it was an act of "Sabotage" by Ukraine.
