Daria Dugina died on Saturday as the vehicle she was driving exploded right outside Moscow. Her father Aleksandr Dugin is a Russian ultranationalist who helped lay the foundation on the invasion of Ukraine.
The Russian authorities reported on Sunday that the bomb killed the daughter of the Russian ideologist.
Daria was driving a Toyota Land Cruiser just 20 miles west of Moscow when it burst into flames, scattering parts across the highway.
Mr. Dugin said that he was meant to be the target and not his daughter. The ideologist is often known as "Putin's Brain" because of the ideas that he purposes to Russian elites.
More details on the incident are yet to be publicized by the Russian Federation.
