On Wednesday, Vladimir Putin acknowledged that the war in Ukraine will "take a while" and that the use of nuclear arsenal is "Increasing".
At the Human Rights Council in Kremlin, Putin stated that Russia will fight by "all available means". Putin has also stated that Russia will "strike in response" when "stuck", primarily referring to Russia's plan during the war in Ukraine.
On Friday, Putin said that Russian forces could adopt what he described as the U.S. concept of preemptive military strikes.
The Russian leader claimed that Russia has developed a series of cruise missiles that surpass U.S. equivalents in terms of overall performance and effectiveness.
