Dozens of Russian missiles and explosives hit residential buildings and infrastructure in Ukraine on Thursday, leaving at least 9 dead and thousands without electricity.
The Thursday attack was the most severe in the past three weeks and put Europe's largest nuclear plant at risk by disconnecting the nuclear reactors from the power grid for nearly half of the day.
Zelensky responded to the missile barrage saying the attack was to "Intimidate Ukrainians again".
