Biden Meets With Allies In Poland As Putin Suspends Nuclear Arms Treaty With The U.S.

U.S. President Joe Biden visited Poland on Tuesday, further involving allied nations in the war in Ukraine, and claiming that Russia would "never" win the war.

His visit to Poland comes a day after he meets with Zelensky in Ukraine's Kyiv, announcing sanctions on Russia along with $500 million in new aid for Ukraine.

President Vladimir Putin of Russia addressed the "operation" in Ukraine on Tuesday, during the state of the nation address. Putin mentioned that he will suspend Russia's participation in the New START nuclear treaty with the United States.

Additionally, China's top diplomat, Wang Yi, is expected to visit Moscow on Tuesday. He may or may not meet with Putin.
