According to several sports media outlets, the Sunday 2023 NBA All-Star Game had a record decline in viewers and ratings.

The showcase game had a rating of 2.2 with around 4.59 million viewers, significantly less compared to last year's 3.1 rating and 6.28 million viewers. Rating fell year-over-year by 29% with a 27% drop in viewership.
