Bitcoin Falls Below $19,000 Again as Tensions Rise on Crypto Firms

Bitcoin, the worlds largest digital currency, dropped below $19,000 on Thursday as the currency remains under macroeconomic pressure. Bitcoin is down about 58% this year alone and about 70% below its all time high that was hit in November of 2021. A key factor of Bitcoin and other asset's downfall is a mix of inflation, rising interest rates, and recession-like events.
